KidsFriendlyTravel A Stand Out for helping parents

05 August 2010 Media Release

KidsFriendlyTravel.com A Stand Out for Helping Parents Book Travel Entrepreneur and founder of Kids Friendly Travel, Gaye Miller, has been rewarded for her innovation as a Finalist in the 2010 Internet Industry Awards for the Best Internet/Entrepreneur Category.

Gaye’s dedication to making travel an easier experience for families with her recently launched website KidsFriendlyTravel.com has quickly been identified as an excellent resource and booking tool for parents planning travel with
small children. The Judges of the awards noted that the finalists of this category have all:

“…developed solutions that either directly or indirectly help the consumer by providing more choice, better accessibility or tailored solutions. The results speak for themselves...as all have established and built successful businesses based on these solutions”.

Gaye is thrilled to have all her hard work recognised as a finalist for this award, and is particularly appreciative of feedback from parents who not only benefit from the smooth planning and booking resource provided within one website, but also a travel experience that has no unwelcome surprises where children are not adequately catered for.

Says one mother travelling with 2 children under five, “Your website is brilliant and we were very excited to have found it before our trip to New Zealand…I just wanted to say thank you for your suggestions. We had a great trip and were blown away at how child friendly New Zealand is. A great place!”.
