Enlighten Designs (www.enlighten.co.nz) are thrilled to have been named the winners of the ‘Enterprise Content Management Solution of the Year' and the ‘Supreme Business Impact Solution of the Year' at the New Zealand Microsoft Partner Awards 2010. The awards evening, held at the Langham Hotel last night, played host to New Zealand's leading Information Technology providers.

"To win one Partner Award is an achievement, but to win two is testimony to the world class standards we set ourselves and our on-going commitment to customers. What's more, the industry recognition of all the hard work these awards represent makes the night even sweeter. We'd like to thank Microsoft for the fantastic support."

"We are absolutely rapt Rob McNaughtan won ‘Partners Choice CIO of the Year' - as one of our long-standing customers, it is great to see him awarded for his commitment to gaining a competitive advantage through IT for his company," adds Damon Kelly, CEO of Enlighten Designs.

Damon believes this award will help the Enlighten Designs gain further recognition as a leader in the industry. It will encourage its staff to keep striving to be the best while continuing to offer customers innovative software solutions and top quality service.

"Winning against best of breed competitors, this solution provides the customer from the CEO down with key business and financial information in a single integrated platform that can even be accessed when travelling. Essential reports and KPIs that previously took days or weeks to generate are now able to be presented to the business in one day," Judges comments.

Enterprise Content Management Solution of the Year

This award recognises a partner who has created a breakthrough solution which took a customer from the chaos of unstructured data to a world of increased employee productivity.

"The Enlighten Designs submission rated highly in all the criteria required. The savings made by the organisation were substantial and clearly increased employee productivity, with an outstanding business impact. The submission, supporting case study and testimonial from key stakeholders demonstrated the innovative thinking, clear strategy and superb execution by Enlighten Designs on this project," Judges comments.

Enlighten Designs have received six finalist positions in the Microsoft New Zealand Partner Awards 2010, which is the highest among all Microsoft partners this year.

Twenty awards were presented this year from four sub-categories - Solution, Individual, Partnering and Supreme. The Partners Choice CIO of the Year, MSN Advertising Partner of the Year and Business Impact Solution of the Year Awards were newly introduced for the 2010 Partner Awards.

"We are thrilled to recognise our partners in these awards. We have over 3,500 partners and this is one way we are able to thank them for the work they do - it is a very exciting evening," says Misti Landtroop, Director Small, Midmarket Solutions and Partners at Microsoft New Zealand.
