Sign On To Secure Success

An ingenious software service that offers online document signing has won a major award at the Westpac Enterprise North Shore Business Excellence Awards.

Browns Bay-based Secured Signing won the 2010 Eco Insulation Excellence in Design, Research & Development Award, impressing judges with its home grown innovation that can be utilised in a global market.

The WEB application software automates and manages the online signing process of documents for any business size. The legally binding service enables users to add a document to the system, sign and seal it digitally, invite a third party and send it to all parties involved. Anyone who took part in the signing process or received the signed document can verify signatures on their desktop or by using an online verification service.

“Secured Signing service speeds up the signing process, reduces operational and processing costs, improves staff efficiency, enhances customer service, and promotes a paperless, green environment,” says Mike Eyal CEO and co-founder of Secured Signing service.

Research and development is crucial to advance growth and opportunity within a business says Terry Hoskins Enterprise North Shore’s chief executive. “Secured Signing has invested in the development of their innovative product and is set to reap the rewards.”
