Sam Morgan launches
event aimed at making NZ a richer nation
TradeMe millionaire Sam Morgan and orange juice magnate Marc Ellis share their secrets on making money and making the world a better place.

The event offers unique perspectives on a new wave of thinking – social entrepreneurship.
Held at the Massey University’s Old
Museum, over 100 people from business, new media, youth and
political groups are expected to take part in an interactive
session with questions for the panel taken from the live
twitter feed @GEWNewZealand.

GEW NZ, Robert Acton says, “NZ is a country that loves its
heroes, and GEW is supporting New Zealanders trying to make
their mark on the world.”
Over the coming months GEW aims to increase awareness for entrepreneurship by encouraging a targeted 200 events across NZ. Events could range from networking evenings to team talks over coffee.
“We are a creative, innovative country and having more people strike out with an entrepreneurial spirit will stimulate higher economic growth,” Acton says.
Participants will be able to register their GEW events and become part of the NZ entrepreneur community at www.unleashingideas.org.nz.
Global Entrepreneurship Week will run from the 15th – 21st of November 2010 and is one of the biggest celebrations worldwide of its kind. For one week, millions of people will unleash their ideas on the world. http://unleashingideas.org/
