Managing Director to leave Port in February 2011
Jens Madsen, Managing Director of Ports of Auckland Limited, has given notice of his decision to resign from the Company. Mr Madsen will continue with the Company through until the end of February 2011.
Ports of Auckland Chairman, John Lindsay, expressed appreciation to Mr Madsen for his significant contribution to the company over the years that he has worked for the port and wished him well for the future.
Mr Madsen said his five years with Ports of Auckland had been a very important part of his career and life, and he was pleased to leave the organisation and business in a strong position going forward.
