Windflow Director Resigns
Windflow Directors have reluctantly accepted the resignation from the Windflow Board of fellow Director Caroline Parlane. Caroline has advised that she requires some major surgery which will put her out of action for some time.
Board Chairman Barrie Leay said that “the Board has issued an open invitation to Caroline to rejoin the Board after full recuperation and when she feels able to do so. Caroline's extensive knowledge of the energy industry and her work on the Audit Committee are very highly valued by the company."
