Cuisine awards Hunter’s MiruMiru™ NV 5 stars!!

Hunter’s Wines: Press Release

Cuisine awards Hunter’s MiruMiru™ NV 5 stars!!

Hunter’s trademark ‘bubbles’ has done it again by being awarded a highly regarded
5 STARS from Cuisine Magazine in their recent New Zealand/International Sparkling tasting. Hunter’s MiruMiru™ Non-Vintages’ 5 star accolade was further reinforced by naming it in the Cuisine Top 5 sparkling wines.

“Since its release at the Penthouse in New Zealand House in London in 1997, Hunter’s MiruMiru™ has attracted attention internationally and is now recognised as an outstanding example of a New Zealand sparkling wine”, stated Jane Hunter CZNM OBE, Hunter’s proud Managing Director.

This is the second award in the last month for Hunter’s “everyday and all occasion” bubbles as the popular sparkling was also awarded GOLD at the International Wine and Spirits Competition held in London, earlier in the month.
Hunter’s MiruMiru™ Non-Vintage wasn’t the only Hunter’s sparkling to be named in the Cuisine tasting - Hunter’s 2006 MiruMiru™ Reserve was also awarded a credible 4 stars. Fabulous news as the same wine also recently gained a GOLD and best in class at the Tri-Nations Wine Challenge last month.

Hunter’s MiruMiru™ Non-Vintage has an elegant palate showing a blend of peach/citrus chardonnay components followed by the light berry fruits of the pinot noir and can be purchased direct from Hunter’s online wineshop. (http://wineshop.hunters.co.nz/)
