Acting Chief Executive appointed at Upper Hutt City
Council
At the Extraordinary Council
meeting held on Thursday 28 October 2010, Mayor Wayne Guppy
and Councillors confirmed the appointment of Chris Upton as
acting Chief Executive. The appointment is effective from 27
November 2010 until the appointment of the new Chief
Executive.
Chris Upton, Director of Business and Leisure Services, will put in place arrangements to ensure the continuing effective operation of his department during the term that he is acting Chief Executive.
The Council is confident that Chris has the skills, work ethic and energy to fulfil the role to a high standard.
