A new initiative to strengthen the non-profit sector

Business Professional Services Limited is a social enterprise, helping non-profits with the business side of what they do.

Business Professional Services provides practical solutions for the non-profit sector including professional and trade associations, charitable trusts, clubs and societies.

Business Professional Services Limited has been helping non-profit entities with association management for over 22 years, working with a great number of not-for-profit organisations including both social service, professional and trade associations. Current clients including Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Trust and the Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Federation.

Through strong connections, BPS has access to reliable additional resources through partnerships with the United Way New Zealand, Association Resource Centre Trust, New Zealand Council of Social Services, New Zealand Trustees Association New Zealand and NZ Institute of Management Auckland Inc.

BPS, in association with NZ Association Resource Centre Trust (www.associations.org.nz) will be presenting the Marketing byAssociation Conference in February 2011, to help non-profits better understand the importance of creating the right messages, at the right time to greatest effect.

FMA: MAS To Pay $2.1M Penalty For Making False Representations

Following proceedings brought by the FMA, MAS has been ordered to pay a $2.1M penalty for making false and/or misleading representations to some customers.
