Stay Connected this Christmas
Title: Stay Connected this Christmas
With all the running around preparing for a busy Christmas, family visits and ongoing celebrations, slips and trips around the house can easily happen, resulting in a not so festive season.
Tunstall Healthcare, the world’s leading provider of telehealthcare supplies the Connect + personal alarm that allows clients to make quick and easy contact with Tunstall’s 24 hour response centre, and notify the response operator that they need assistance.
According to Tunstall’s response centre manager, Flora Rohde, Christmas is a busy time for Tunstall’s response centre.
“People are constantly on the go over Christmas, with clients often having accidents while they hurry with last minute preparations”, Mrs Rohde said.
“Our response operators do what they can to assist clients to get back on their feet and enjoy Christmas”.
There are also those whose family travel over the Christmas break, creating the need for a little extra support.
“As well as organising medical assistance in an emergency, such as an ambulance to be called or after hours GP to be organised, Tunstall is happy to provide ongoing support”, Mrs Rohde said.
“Sometimes clients just need a friendly voice to say hello to, or a neighbour to be contacted for some extra assistance”.
Tunstall’s Connect + personal alarm is easily activated using a radio trigger pendant that the client keeps with them in the home and garden.
The radio trigger pendant can even be worn in the shower, ensuring the client can get help at any time of the day or night.
Tunstall’s response operators will speak with the client, organise the appropriate assistance and stay on the line until help arrives.
This year have a safe and supported Christmas with the Tunstall Connect + and 24 hour response service.
