Vital Healthcare rights issue closes
Vital Healthcare Property Trust (the “Trust”) advises that its pro-rata renounceable rights issue to raise $150,870,000 closed on Monday, 13 December 2010.
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 7.14.1, the Trust advises the following:
• applications have been received for 102,729,990 ordinary units totalling NZ$107,866,490 representing a take-up rate of approximately 71.50% of the total available new units; and
• in accordance with the terms of the underwriting agreement between Forsyth Barr Group Limited and the Trust, Forsyth Barr as underwriter and its sub-underwriters will take up 40,955,724 new units, representing the remaining 28.50% of units not otherwise subscribed for.
The new units are to be issued this Friday, 17 December 2010, with transaction statements expected to be sent on Monday 20 December 2010. Trading of new units on NZSX is also expected to commence on Monday 20 December 2010.
