Receivers appointed to Plum Duff Limited and Woolpak Holdings Limited
Maurice
Noone and Malcolm Hollis, partners from
PricewaterhouseCoopers, have today been appointed joint
receivers to Plum Duff Limited and Woolpak Holdings Limited
(“the Companies”) by the receivers of South Canterbury
Finance Limited (In receivership).
The Companies’ principal assets comprise of 63.8% interest shares in NZ Wool Services International Limited (“WSI”).
Maurice Noone says “WSI is not affected by the appointment of receivers to the Companies.”
Mr Noone further notes the receivers will likely be seeking expressions of interest to acquire this shareholding from the receivers early in the New Year.
