New Zealand SME Chiefs Get a Glimpse into the Future
New Zealand SME Chiefs Get a Glimpse into the Future
Organisations in New Zealand focused on ramping up growth and creating a competitive advantage are turning to The Executive Connection (TEC) for the fresh ideas and support needed to give their businesses the edge.
On his first ever visit to New Zealand, international futurist and author of The Shift Age, David Houle, will be providing SME chief executives with a glimpse into the future that we face, the dynamics that are shaping our world, and why the world, the marketplace and business is undergoing so much change. At this leadership forum, David will show business leaders how to anticipate, adapt, take advantage of, and benefit from that change.
Auckland SME chief executives are enjoying the opportunity to become better leaders and grow better businesses as the ‘ripple effect’ of TEC continues increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of chief executives. TEC is still growing and looking to change the lives of business leaders and their teams in New Zealand.
Brent von Sierakowski chairs a group of Auckland SME chief executives who are committed to growing themselves as leaders and building their businesses. He says “TEC is not a hospital, it’s a gym. It’s where CEOs go to grow, outperform their competitors, and learn how to live a more balanced and effective life.”
Brent believes that as a fully integrated program, TEC provides serious business leaders with the opportunity to learn from the experience of their peers, gain fresh insights from expert speakers, and be held accountable and focused by a skilled executive business mentor.
TEC is an experience and is best understood when meeting the people who are involved in bringing that experience to life. The Chief Executive Leadership Forum enables New Zealand chief and senior executives to gain the best and latest leadership strategies, as well as network with other CEOs.
Events showcasing the various elements of TEC are being held in Auckland and around New Zealand throughout the year; with individual TEC groups meeting each month, giving CEOs the vital time needed to work on the business, rather than in the business.
David Houle is presenting at the leadership
forum for SME business owners and executives on Friday,
25 March at the Westin Auckland Lighter Quay. Click here for more information and to
