Further response by John Barnett regarding Helen Kelly

On October 14, 2010 Equity, SPADA and the CTU were parties to a joint statement that announced that the parties would work together to update the conditions of engagement for performers in New Zealand.

The last line of the statement was, "No further comment will be made."

The CTU was a signatory to that statement but it seems Ms Kelly has either forgotten that or doesn't feel obligated by it.

As SPADA and Equity are in the process of setting meeting dates, I don't think it's necessary or appropriate for us to comment further on Ms Kelly's words and actions.
