2011Job advertising continues to rise strongly and in
spite of weak business sentiment and a flat economy the
labour market has continued to tighten up. For employers the
need to consider more active recruitment is rising as from
late this year we anticipate a rapid tightning in the NZ
labour market, especially in construction, forestry, and
