Statement From Stand By Hubbard Support Team
Statement From Stand By Hubbard Support Team
From the outset the Hubbard Support Team has held serious concerns about the procedural fairness to place Allan Hubbard into statutory management and investigation.
The Hubbard Support Team remains confident that the action to place Allan Hubbard under investigation and into statutory management was taken without adherence to policies and laws that are designed to protect persons from biased or impartial Government decisions.
We would like to stress to investors and to the public in general that the SFO charges are not an attestation of wrongdoing. This observation is embedded in the Bill of Rights Act which grants that every person is innocent until proven guilty.
The charges in no way lessen our support towards Allan and his wife Jean. We remain fully committed to examining the actions of Government to ensure that their exercise of powers have been applied with procedural fairness and within the principles of natural justice. Where there is evidence of a departure from relevant policies and laws, we remain equally committed to seeking redress.
As these administrative actions relate to the integrity of the investigation we are of the firm belief that our concerns should be examined independently by an appropriate Government authority and their findings concluded prior to any trial proceeding.
The Stand by Hubbard support Team has commissioned their own investigator who will be releasing their intitial report within the next few days.
