OA Systems signs a substantial technology contract
OA Systems Ltd, a Microsoft CRM Gold Partner - signs a substantial technology contract with New Zealand’s newest mobile company – Two Degrees Mobile Ltd. OA Systems will provide 2degrees with a company-wide Customer Relationship Management solution based on the delivery of the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics’s CRM software application.

Auckland-based OA Systems will work closely with 2degrees to implement the Microsoft CRM2011, customising the solution to meet the specific requirements of 2degrees.
2degrees Sales and Marketing teams will receive tremendous benefit from a ‘360 view’ of all customer, company and promotional information. The solution will also give 2degrees the ability to offer creative and exciting marketing campaigns to their ever-growing customer base
The solution will refine Sales and Marketing processes across all channels to help support 2degrees commitment to growing their customer base and providing the highest quality of customer delivery and service.
OA Systems are also providing the integration of a number of 2degrees existing Business applications, positioning Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the focal point for all customer interactions.
