Notice of Annual Meeting

Kiwi Income Property Trust has provided NZX with a copy of its Notice of Annual Meeting to be held on Thursday, 18 August 2011, with proceedings commencing at 10.00am.

The venue for the meeting will be the Chairman’s Club Room, Level 2, Ellerslie Stand, Ellerslie Event Centre, Ellerslie Racecourse, 80 Ascot Avenue, Remuera, Auckland.

The Notice of Annual Meeting has been mailed to all Unit Holders and Mandatory Convertible Note Holders. A copy is also available on the Trust’s website at www.kipt.co.nz. Alternatively a copy can be requested by emailing info@kipt.co.nz.
