Russell Hardie Property Management Moves Premises
Russell Hardie Rotorua’s specialist Property Management company has moved to bigger and better premises.
After 3 years based at the cottage at 177 Old Taupo Road Russell Hardie’s staff and portfolio has expanded dramatically to the point where five property managers were squashed into one small office.
Managing director Donna Russell says she is thrilled to have moved to the larger premises located at 147 Old Taupo Road.
“The house at 147 Old Taupo Road came on to the market and we snatched it up, it was perfect for our requirements”
The new premises offer larger tastefully decorated offices, and reception area and parking out the back.
Donna says the aim of the business is still the same, to provide an unrivalled Property Management service within Rotorua. By forming close relationships with Investors, Landlords and Tenants, we are able to achieve this.
