Simon Allen wins 2011 REINZ Property Manager of the Year award
Simon Allen of Allen Realty, a specialist Auckland property management company, was awarded 2011 REINZ Property Manager of the Year in Hamilton on Saturday 20 August 2011. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) holds the Residential Property Management Awards for Excellence annually, and these awards recognise top performers and excellence in the New Zealand property management industry.
Simon credits his win to his commitment to building strong customer relationships, regular blogging on property management issues and innovative marketing initiatives and implementation.
