2degrees backs SMEs with new store opening near Auckland Airport

2degrees is broadening its retail presence on Friday with the official opening of its Leonard Isitt Drive store, less than two kilometres from Auckland Airport.

Launching in true Kiwi style, 2degrees has invited local small businesses to a neighbourhood barbeque to officially open the store – and to meet the 2degrees team – at noon on Friday 7 October.

With 86 per cent* of businesses in the area classified as SMEs, 2degrees Chief Sales Officer, Mark Cleary, sees the opening of the company’s store near Auckland Airport as yet another milestone on its path to changing the country’s mobile phone market.

“The monthly mobile bill is one of the biggest expenses for many businesses and they have been paying too much for too long. This country was built by SMEs, and 2degrees is proud to be making it a priority to bring better value to New Zealand businesses,” says Mr Cleary

To celebrate the opening, 2degrees is offering a limited number of hot deals at its new Auckland Airport outlet, including:

• 50 Sony Ericsson W200 phones for just $2 each with a minimum top-up of $20 (Saturday only)
• LG P500 Nav Kit for $289 each (available for one week only from Friday)
• LG Optimus Black smartphones for $509 each (available for one week only from Friday)

The address of the 2degrees Auckland Airport store is:

2 Leonard Isitt Drive
Auckland Airport
Auckland
