The 2011 Annual General Meeting will be held on 31st October 2011 at the Auckland Council Chambers, Auckland Town Hall, 301 Queen Street, Auckland at 3.30pm. Entrance to the Council Chambers is via the red door beneath the clock tower on the ground floor. Please note the venue and time has been changed for the AGM from previous notifications.
Please find attached the Annual
Report for NZBIO for the year ending 30 June 2011 which
includes a review of our year's activities and our draft
annual financial statements. An updated Annual Report
including audited financials will be circulated in advance
of the AGM.
