Charity Supporter Wins Big
Charity Supporter Wins Big
Helping Charity Pays Off BIG for Jay Bee Pilkington.
Jay (of Mt Wellington) won the USave.co.nz prize package, worth around $10,000, generously donated by some of USave's one hundred or so merchants (power tools, bike, wine cabinet, camera, watch, fishing rods and reels, RC toy, gourmet food, children’s toys, décor rug, even nappies and lots more stuff). A friend told him about the new USave charitable enterprise where he could save on shopping while winning prizes and helping his favourite charity all at the same time.
Jay registered (for free) choosing one of the more than 80 New Zealand charities already participating (schools will be on soon) and now he is the first big winner. Jay says his family and friends will have a great Christmas and all his shopping is done really early for once.
USave is an online shopping site that is 100% New Zealand owned. Shoppers can buy brand new goods from reputable merchants at great prices, as well as buy and sell second-hand goods in the Garage Sale section. USave gives away 50% of its low sales commission as donations to charities, schools, and other non-profit organisations throughout New Zealand and as prizes to its Shoppers. Its initial goal is to give away $1m to the New Zealand community. For more information visit www.usave.co.nz, where kiwis save money, win prizes and help our community!
