Macpac’s Riccarton store has won a retail Award and been awarded the Best General Merchandise Store at Westfield Riccarton. Macpac overcame Sony, Briscoes, Telecom and Acquisitions, the other nominees in this category, to take out the award, which was based on a range of criteria including merchandising, customer service (mystery shopper results), store presentation, sales performance and product range.
