New Senior Appointment Continues Growth at Hirepool
Auckland, 2 December 2011 – Hirepool Limited has made a new senior appointment as it continues to strengthen its position as the country’s premier rental equipment solutions provider.
Gary Richardson has joined the senior management team at Hirepool as Sales and Marketing Manager. Previously Northern Sales Manager at Transpacific Industries, he will be based in the national support office in Penrose and brings considerable commercial, sales and product management experience.
In his new role Richardson will oversee the development of a national sales strategy across Hirepool and its other brands and assist product managers in the continued growth of new commercial opportunities. His appointment is effective immediately.
Richardson says he is looking forward to joining a business with a “really dynamic culture which empowers its people to stretch themselves and working with a sales team focussed on delivering solutions to maintain the well-established Hirepool customer satisfaction model.”
Chief Executive Mark Powell says the appointment demonstrates Hirepool’s commitment to create and maintain sustainable partnerships with customers, suppliers and staff. “I’m confident Gary will play a key leadership role in the growth of our business,” he says.
With the recent opening of a third branch in Hamilton, Hirepool has bought its total number of Hirepool businesses to 53, making it the country’s largest hire equipment company network.
