Petrol Prices Hold at Gull
Oil Giants Move Price of Regular to Over $2.10 per litre.
Gull Prices remains below $2.00 at some outlets.
Auckland, 10 January 2012 - Gull will not be moving petrol prices at its company controlled sites for the next 48 hours at least, notes Dave Bodger General Manager, Gull Petroleum.
“We have our expenses well under control and have completed some advantageous foreign exchange deals so there is no need for Gull to increase petrol prices today as it appears our oil giants opposition have.
“Some of our unmanned sites are selling 91 octane fuel at $1.999 per litre* and our brand new site in Ngatea has an incredible opening special of $1.979 per litre,” says Bodger.
Gull’s fully manned sites offer great value with 91 Octane Fuel at $2.059 or under with additional savings when paired with Countdown fuel vouchers.
Gull has increased its presence adding six new outlets in the last 12 months bringing site numbers to 48 branded service stations between Whangarei and Masterton.
This increase in site numbers is due to motorists seeking real value for their fuel, says Bodger.
“At Gull we’re all about delivering value to the kiwi motorist. That’s why we’re expanding.”
*Please note prices quoted are at sites where Gull controls the retail fuel price.
