CBRE Promotes Three As It Expands And Diversifies

Auckland, New Zealand, 23 January 2012

CBRE has made a number of key internal promotions as the company continues to expand.
Matt Hince now heads the Office Services team for New Zealand providing office leasing solutions, with Lorne Somerville assuming the role of managing the Auckland-wide Office Services business.
Campbell Stewart has been promoted to National Director, Valuation & Advisory Services, taking over from Steven Dunlop who is now running the company’s Land Services business line, advising on development projects.

Brent McGregor, Senior Managing Director of CBRE in New Zealand, said: “During 2011 CBRE improved its market position and established new lines of specialisation. This includes the introduction of the Structured Transactions business line and a Maori business specialisation.”
