Update on Zion Wildlife Gardens Limited (In Receivership & In Liquidation)
PwC Partners Colin McCloy and David Bridgman, Receivers of Zion Wildlife Gardens Limited (In Receivership & In Liquidation) in Kamo, Northland, today have confirmed the progress of the sale of the business and assets of Zion.
Receiver Colin McCloy says “this morning’s Court decision has removed barriers to the potential sale of Zion Park.
“We, Receivers, continue to work towards the sale of the park as a going concern. Under the sale arrangement, we expect the wildlife to remain at the park,” adds Mr McCloy.
Details are commercially sensitive and as a result, the Receivers are not in position to comment further.
