Solid
Energy has provided us with the information we required and
we have evaluated their response to our concerns.
We are confident that the company has appropriately addressed the immediate concerns and is moving to address the potential risks that we had identified.
On that basis, we have lifted the prohibition notice placed on Spring Creek on Monday.
Within the next month, a team from the High Hazards Unit will be auditing Spring Creek’s safety systems and checking that the corrective actions proposed have been implemented effectively.
