NTT Com to Boost User Management of Arcstar Universal One

NTT Com to Boost User Management of Arcstar Universal One(TM) Cloud-based Network Services

NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) announced on February 23 that from this month it will start operating the NTT Communications Customer Portal for unified, comprehensive worldwide administration of the company's easily deployed, highly scalable, cloud-based enterprise network, called Arcstar Universal One(TM). Also beginning this month, NTT Com will upgrade its Light Grade plan suited especially to smaller offices and organizations that wish to use Arcstar Universal One(TM) network services to help expand their operations worldwide.

NTT Communications Customer Portal is a free online portal that customers will access worldwide to handle Arcstar Universal One(TM) network administration, including application, maintenance and general information. Previously these matters had to be handled separately, but the new portal will enable convenient one-stop global access.

The portal will facilitate unified control of all basic service parameters, such as circuit numbers, installation locations, installation dates and even start-to-finish management of system failures should they occur. It also can be linked to traffic reports for simplified single sign-ons. Both English and Japanese interfaces are available and the time display can be set locally. Looking ahead, NTT Com expects to introduce additional conveniences, such as online reservation for system failure support and online application.
