Christchurch Airport appoints new
CFO
Christchurch International Airport Limited (CIAL) has a new Chief Financial Officer.
Tim May will officially take up his new role on March 19, after working under secondment as Acting Head of Finance for CIAL since last November.
Tim began his career with Ernst & Young in London, obtaining his CA qualification during four years with the company in the UK.
He then spent 18 months working within the Treasury Finance department of a UK bank in a role where he was responsible for control over dealing operations.
Tim immigrated to New Zealand in 1995 and has worked with Ernst & Young since then, including his current secondment to CIAL.
Tim takes over the CFO role from Neil Cochrane, who has taken up a new position within CIAL as General Manager Business Services
