Masthead Sells Ebos Holding

Masthead today advises that it has sold its 10.186 percent holding in Ebos in a private off-market placement through sharebrokers First NZ Capital. “Ebos is a well managed company with an exciting future,” Masthead said in a statement. “We wish the company well in its next phase of growth.”
On settlement and as a result of the sale Masthead’s Mark Stewart will resign from the board of directors of Ebos.
