New Director Appointed for Panmure Law Firm
Panmure law firm DG Law Limited has announced the appointment of Karyn O’Loughlin as a director of the company from 1 April.
Fellow DG Law director David Graham says, “It’s a pleasure to have Karyn join me and Christine Ding as directors of DG Law. Karyn has worked with us for almost 10 years; she’s a much valued member of our team.”
Karyn specialises in residential property transactions and she presents regular seminars and information sessions to real estate agents, lenders and first home buyers. Karyn works closely with clients who need asset protection advice, Will drafting and Enduring Powers of Attorney. Karyn also works with clients in the buying and selling of businesses, and is experienced in commercial leasing advising both landlord and tenant clients.
Heading up DG Law’s Mobile Legal Team, Karyn is frequently seen around east Auckland in the firm’s bright red DG Law Mobile Service car where she visits clients at home or in their offices.
Karyn says, "I very much enjoy working with our clients in giving advice that will make their business, or their family life, run more smoothly. It’s about finding out what makes them tick and understanding the background of the transaction. That gives a full understanding of what our clients’ needs really are."
DG Law was established almost 30 years ago with David Graham in sole practice; Christine Ding joined him in 2004. The firm undertakes a broad range of legal work including residential and commercial property; business law including employment issues; trusts, Wills and estates; relationship property and dispute resolution. With a total compliment of 15 legal staff and 10 support staff, DG Law Limited is now one of the largest law firms in Auckland’s eastern suburbs.
