Students Average $94K In Last 12 Months

Wellington Property Investor Steve Goodey Mentors Students To Achieve Combined Gross Equity of $1.517 million in Last 12 Months

Wellington based Property Investor Coach Steve Goodey says its been a whirlwind first year in business with PropertyTutors Limited where his feet have hardly touched the ground.

The sixteen people who joined Steve’s mentoring program said they did so to learn how to invest in property as they don’t expect to get a Government pension when they reach retirement age.

The sixteen property investor students spent a year on the PropertyTutors mentoring program and during the twelve months bought 31 properties in the lower north island and top of the southern island worth a combined $7.4 million.

Of the 31 properties 29 were renovated to improve their value and hence provide a healthy gross equity for the students. An average of $94,000 gross equity per student was realized – almost twice the average kiwi income.

Many of the PropertyTutors students have full time jobs and their mentoring with Steve and the team is done in their own time. Steve says interest in his mentoring program is strong due to people realizing they need to do more than work full time in their careers to have a comfortable retirement.

The next twelve months are set to be as busy for Steve and the PropertyTutors team. Their weekend Masters events are on this month with people from all walks of life in attendance
