Switchme RFP Launch
Switchme RFP Launch
Small to Medium Enterprises will soon be able to compare and switch energy providers online following the launch of a new tool by Switchme.co.nz.
This revolutionary new online RFP Tool applies an intuitive and easy-to-use tendering model to the complex New Zealand energy market.
The RFP Tool aims to increase competition in the SME energy market by offering more transparency of pricing and giving SMEs a one-stop shop to compare and switch energy providers.
Following a trial of the tool in June, the RFP Tool will be launched this winter in association with the Electricity Authority's What's My Number campaign.
SME's wishing participate in the trial are encouraged to contact Switchme via their website.
"The cost of energy is often overlooked by SMEs, but there are significant savings available. Our investigations show that some SMEs can save 40% on their energy bill, simply by switching providers or switching plan types," says Scott O'Donnell, Marketing Manager of Switchme.
Switchme is New Zealand's most popular energy switching service. It has been providing an energy comparison service to residential customers since 2009, and has switched over 30,000 customers.
For more information or if you'd like your business involved in the trial, please visit http://www.switchme.co.nz/
