Mind Warriors International, the company behind the award-winning JOLT Challenge training system is putting on a special event during Leadership Week for the Sir Peter Blake Trust. They have gathered four of New Zealand’s leadings CEOs to discuss the importance of Self Intelligence in our business leaders of today. Self Intelligence is having a high-level of self-awareness and also the ability to effectively manage oneself. The old saying about you can’t lead others until you can lead yourself is proving to be more true in today’s business environment.
Mind Warriors International founded by Steve Hill and Wade Jackson are at the forefront of the Self Intelligent movement here in New Zealand and the world. Their JOLT Challenge training system is in organizations such as Telecom, Bank of New Zealand, Frucor, Global Women and is going global having signed up IAG Australia and the Singapore Armed Forces.
The panel
to discuss the importance of Self Intelligence are:

Gen-i
Mark Powell CEO of The
Warehouse

“We’re very excited to have such a high calibre of leaders,” says Wade Jackson, Mind Warriors International co-director and facilitator of the discussion. “These are leaders who walk the talk and we’re fascinated to hear their learnings and insights.”
“Sir Peter Blake was a wonderful leader, a national hero” says Steve Hill, co-director of Mind Warriors International, “and it’s only fitting that we hold this event about a crucial element of leadership on Red Socks Day.”
