New way of call charging helps business bottom-line
TelstraClear has introduced a new business phone and Internet plan that makes managing telco spending easier and could save some companies a good deal of money.
“We’ve made BizComplete as simple as possible to use to maximise the value for businesses,” says TelstraClear head of business and government Andrew Crabb. “Minutes are shared across all users and all customer sites, with everything charged at the master account level. Calls from company landlines and mobiles to other company mobiles are zero-rated (provided intergroup calling is no more than 30% of total calling). For calls outside their business, customers can buy minute packs at a standard rate and can use them on any business phone – landline or mobile, with 1000 minutes costing just $100, no matter whether the calls are to other mobiles, local, national or international numbers.
“We know that in small business cash flow is king so this is a great opportunity for customers to get some certainty for their budgeting and forecasting, without having to compromise communication between staff and with customers.”
Details of the new BizComplete minute packs and options are at www.bizcomplete.co.nz
