A packed programme of fantastic films are promised again at the Auckland season of the International Film Festival (July 19 – 5 August). For those planning a multiple movie marathon, host hotel Heritage Auckland is offering a weekend ‘Sleep Over Special’ so film fans don’t have to rush home in between movie sessions.

Heritage Auckland is the host hotel for the festival’s visiting directors and producers, and is just a stroll to the festival's city cinema venues. The hotel has a heated lap pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court and health club on site.
The hotel’s lobby bar and café is open until late with a snack menu or, for a longer meal stop between movies, award winning Hectors restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegan and vegetarian options are a speciality.
