Metlifecare Completes Merger
Metlifecare has today completed the merger with Vision Senior Living and Private Life Care Holdings, which was approved by shareholders at a special meeting on 21 June 2012.
Metlifecare Chairman, Peter Brown, said: “Metlifecare is now one of New Zealand’s largest retirement village operators, with a strong development pipeline. Management’s immediate focus is on integrating the three organisations and realising the synergies. We will also focus on generating sustainable future value and returns for our shareholders.”
