87.7% of respondents answered Good or Excellent
• How would you rate the staff & overall service at the facilities you use?
72.9% of respondents answered Good or Excellent
• Do you think that the facilities you use are reasonably priced?
75.7% of respondents answered Yes
• Do you think Lakes Leisure does a good job of managing the facilities you use?
87.2% of respondents answered Yes

Lakes Leisure Communications Manager, Rachelle Greene said she was extremely pleased with the feedback.

“We regularly survey users of our individual facilities, but this was the first time we have asked our customers to give us feedback regarding Lakes Leisure as a whole. We were very interested to see how people would respond and I was thrilled that people are generally very happy with what we are doing, but also pleased that so many people took the time to tell us what they think.”

Lakes Leisure will now conduct the survey on an annual basis, but encourage people to give them their feedback at anytime by emailing info@lakesleisure.co.nz.
