BP Leads Further Reduction in Petrol And Diesel Prices
BP has this morning dropped the price of petrol by 3 cents per litre and diesel by 2 cents per litre, their second consecutive reduction, following a drop in petrol prices last week.
Prices at most BP-owned service stations are:
91 Unleaded $ 214.9 cents per litre
95
Unleaded $ 222.9 cents per litre
Ultimate Diesel $
155.9 cents per litre
“Refined product prices have steadily declined over the last week and the NZ dollar has remained strong,” BP Managing Director Matt Elliott said. “These factors have allowed us to drop fuel prices again, following our decrease last Wednesday,” he added.
“The market remains largely unpredictable, as
demonstrated by the fluctuations we’ve
experienced this
year, but we’re committed to passing on the benefits when
we can and
as quickly as we can,” said Mr Elliott.
