First Assistance Appoints Sales Director
First Assistance, New Zealand’s leading emergency assistance company, has appointed Craig Ross as Sales Director.
In his new role, Craig will lead the Sales and Marketing team, focusing on driving business growth and customer retention. Craig will also head new business products and assist with the International client growth side of the business.
In his previous role, Craig worked as Commercial Director at LeasePlan for 14 years, a company specialising in the finance vehicle sector. Prior to this he led LeasePlan’s establishment of an office in Abu Dhabi.
Craig brings to his role a wealth of knowledge in the automotive industry and a sound understanding of First Assistance due to the close partnership established between the two organisations since First Assistance started providing insurance support to LeasePlan.
