The opportunity to make Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Design Consultancy Services, Project Management and Quantity Survey Services for the Avon River Precinct and North and East Frames closed on Friday.

These responses will now be considered by an assessment panel.

The River Precinct and portions of the Frames are the first anchor projects to go to market from the Christchurch Central Recovery Plan released in July.

The short-listing of EOI responses is due to be completed by 5pm on Thursday, 11 October. A Request for Proposal (RFP) is due to be released to short-listed respondents by 5pm on Friday, 19 October.
