Slingshot Keeps the Data Rolling

Slingshot has once again paved the way as one of the first telco providers in New Zealand to offer Data ROLLOVER on all its new Broadband plans.

Not only does Slingshot already offers its customers some of the best value homeline and biggest broadband data plans in the country, now unused data from one month rolls into the next.

Slingshot’s Chief Executive, Mark Callander, believes Data ROLLOVER is yet another way that Slingshot is leading innovation in the market and ensuring Kiwis get the best service out of their ISP.

“We strive to provide the best broadband experience to our customers, and part of that is making sure loyal Slingshot customers don’t lose their unused data at the end of the month.” says Callander.

“Our goal is to make sure that our customers not only get great value plans compared to our competitors, but that they also get the full value of the services they’ve paid for,” he says.

Because all of Slingshots new broadband plans now come with Data ROLLOVER, this means regardless of the plan customers are on or how much data they use, each month the unused data is rolled into the next and does not expire for an entire year.

Callander feels Data ROLLOVER is another step in the right direction for both Slingshot and its customers.

“We want our customers to enjoy the benefits of high speed and cheap broadband without worrying about losing data and services they’ve paid for at the end of every month. We’re proud to be the largest Telco in New Zealand to offer data Rollover to its customers – it’s definitely the next step in customer service and value for money.”

“Part of Slingshots strategy is to compete heavily on product value and price and give New Zealanders a welcome alternative to the overpriced monopolies they’re used to,” concludes Callander.

Slingshot’s innovation is not only applauded here in New Zealand. Slingshot has recently been named one of five finalists at the World Forum Broadband Awards in Amsterdam, for its highly innovative UNLIMITED broadband plan. The winner will be announced later this month.
