Stellar Consulting recognised at Westpac Business Awards

Stellar Consulting recognised at Westpac Business Awards

Specialist Business Intelligence (BI) provider Stellar Consulting has continued its run of recent success and was last night recognised at Westpac’s Auckland Central Business Awards.

The company, which founded four years ago in the thick of the recession, was selected as a finalist in the Best Emerging Business and Excellence in Service Delivery categories at a gala event in Auckland.

The leading specialist provider of end-to-end BI services has grown rapidly from a team of five to over 25 since 2008. Last week it was named on the Deloitte Fast 50 index having achieved revenue growth of nearly 250 percent.
Grant Broadbent, Stellar’s Managing Director, welcomed the recognition for Stellar and for the growing appreciation of the value BI can deliver.

Unlike other businesses operating in the sector Stellar focuses solely on developing the best BI solution for each customer as opposed to trying to do all things IT. They are also independent of major technology vendors meaning customers can choose the technology that best suits them.

“We stick to our knitting, we hire the finest talent available, and we take pride in executing projects with precision,” Mr Broadbent said.

Stellar works with a blue chip list of leading New Zealand companies and organisations including Toyota and Auckland Council. Many clients say they have seen the first hand benefits of using BI to help manage information and make better more informed business decisions.
