Emirates Adds Phuket To Burgeoning
Network
Emirates’
first commercial flight to southern Thailand departed Dubai
yesterday, making Phuket the airline’s 128th
destination.
The launch also signifies Emirates’ commitment to Thailand, a country that the airline has been serving since 1990 when it began flights between Dubai and Bangkok. The daily Emirates services to and from Christchurch, operated by a Boeing 777-300ER, fly via Bangkok.
The daily Dubai-Phuket service is being operated by a three-class Airbus A340-300 aircraft.
