Todd Property Welcomes Pegasus School Announcement

The announcement that construction of the Pegasus Primary School will start in April has been welcomed by the development’s new owners Todd Property Group and has led to increased interest in properties for sale.

The Minister of Education has released details about the new $15 million years 1-8 school and says it has an opening target date of early 2014.

- Pegasus Primary School has a target opening date of 2014 with work beginning April this year
- The catchment for the new school stretches from the Rangiora Golf Club, to Waikuku Breach and down to Pegasus
- Waikuku Primary School will relocate to the Pegasus Primary School site
- The school is for years 1 to 8
- Stage 1 will cater for up to 420 students. And on completion of Stage 2, the school will cater for up to 600 students
- The school sits on 3.2 hectares of land in the Pegasus township
