Phil Shimmin joins Target Harlosh as Client Services

Target Harlosh, a leading provider of insurance software to the global general insurance market, has appointed Phil Shimmin as Client Services Manager for the ANZ region. With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services and IT industries; he brings a strong track record of insurance business transformation and migration programmes to complement the Target Harlosh team.
As well as looking after client requirements, Phil will also be ‘Scrum Master’ based at Target Harlosh’s Auckland Head Office. He will work closely with client teams and their Delivery and Programme Managers, keeping all parties engaged throughout the agile delivery process.

Prior to joining Target Harlosh, Phil worked at UK based Aviva, Unisys Insurance Services Limited and most recently at AEGON Scottish Equitable where he managed project delivery, infrastructure and third line support teams spread across the different time zones.
