new-comer to the Waikato market with their Te Rapa Straight

on training to be the best they can be. We are therefore
thrilled to be entering into a partnership with cityfitness,

‘user pays’ area of the gym incorporating three new
fitness programmes; TRX Suspension Training, Boxmaster and CrossFit. As well as this we’ve
developed and implemented time efficient ‘membership
inclusive’ workout programmes including citycircuit and R30 – two 30
minute, intense, results based workout
alternatives.
