McKellar As Systems Network Manager
Confide Limited, a Wellington-based company that provides assistance and solutions to help merchants through New Zealand comply with the Payment Card Industry Security Standards (PCI DSS) has appointed Kinnon McKellar as its Systems Network Manager.
Kinnon has joined Confide from Pasis Limited where he was an Infrastructure Engineer; his former IT roles have been with New Era IT and ASB Bank. His recent IT career has led him to specialise in security related infrastructure.
Confide’s managing director Steve Brooky said, “Confides growth over the last 12 months has meant that the company now requires an in-house Systems Network Manager, which led to Kinnon’s appointment. Having undertaken a number of consulting project on our behalf while at Pasis, means that he is familiar with Confide, our products and services, and shares an our enthusiasm for ensuring our clients meet and exceed their PCI DSS obligations
Kinnon has a BSc Information Science from the University of Otago.
